3. Purchases & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. When you complete a purchase, you will receive immediate access to downloadable digital products or instructions to access your coaching session. You are responsible for providing accurate account and payment information.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products, templates, or e-books once delivered. If you experience a technical issue or cannot access your purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will restore access or provide a replacement file at no additional charge.
5. Coaching & Consulting
Ask Darryl AI, coaching calls, and advisory sessions are provided for educational and strategic guidance only. We do not guarantee patent approval, licensing deals, manufacturing outcomes, or any specific commercial result. Any decisions you make based on our guidance are your own responsibility.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use our site and products lawfully. You may not attempt to hack, scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our platform; share login credentials; or use our materials to mislead others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms.
